Summer is here!

Hey All! Well I know I haven't posted anything lately but we have been busy and pretty much doing the same old same old! Well we are done with Spring term and both did pretty good. I have officially finished with my Associates of Arts degree. I am super excited that I have finished something and have something to show for my three years worth school. Brett is already starting Summer classes tomorrow! We are excited for the summer, lots of fun things coming!
This weekend Dave and Carol were in town for Father's Day! We had fun hanging out with them. We got to see our cute nephew Landon he is getting so big I can't even believe it! We took Dave, Carol and Grandma Lucy out for Father's Day breakfast! It was a very fun weekend.
I have started the countdown to Cow Camp. For those of you who don't know that is a week long camping trip with Brett's family. Kind of like a family reunion. I am so excited! Just to let you all know it is less than a month away!
Well I will hopefully be able to post something soon!

New Place!!!

Hey All! Well I know it's been a longtime since I posted a blog we have been SUPER busy. We moved last weekend! It was a long and tiring experience but we got it all done! We just moved up the road from our old apartment, it's a three bedroom two bath. It is about three times bigger than the place we were living in before. I will have pictures up as soon as I can get them taken and posted!
Other than that it is pretty much the same stuff, work and school taking up our lives! Brett is doing good in school working hard! I am getting ready to finish my last term before taking a year off school! Didn't pass the test I needed to get into my teaching program, so I will be taking a year off and working full-time. This way Brett will be able to take time off work and focus only of school! But nothing is for sure yet!! Well time to be off to work! Have a GREAT Mother's day!

4 Years!

Well I haven't posted things in a long time! But today is Brett and I's four year anniversary.
We both had to work today so we celebrated on Thursday by going to the Blazer game. It was awesome they played the Phoenix Suns and kicked them right out of here!

We went to Rock Bottom Brewery with our good friends Andy and Becca who also joined us to the game.
After that we went to Shari's where we met Mitch. All together it was a GREAT day! Hope you enjoy the photo's!

New Baby!

Well it's official! Landon Zachary Fray had arrived! Brett's brother and sister in law had their baby Tuesday 02/03/09 at 8:51pm! He is the cutest thing in the world! He was greeted by Grandma Molly, Grandpa Dave, Grandma Carol, Uncle Brett, Aunt Amanda, Grandma Vivian, Grandpa Dennis and Aunt April! After being at the hospital all day everyone was ready for him to arrive! He is the perfect mixed of mommy and daddy! Jake stepped into his role as daddy very well!
Other news from our house! I left the hotel for good, Mary my old manger at Giuseppe's offered me five days a week with a .50 cent raise! So took it now I am back full time hosting for now wishing for some waitress shifts! Other than that we have just been working and going to school, getting closer to our goals everyday!

School,Work, Living...

Well a lot has been going on in our lives. I'll just give you a quick update! Brett is doing very well in his classes this term. All of the classes are about the type of engineering that he wants to do (civil if you didn't know!) and he is doing great at work. I'm doing good at school as well, my classes are really exciting. My best class is pottery. It's hard but it's so fun to work with my hands and create something out of nothing. Work is going okay. I am still at the hotel but we are REALLY slow so hours are being cut in order to stay a float. Because my hours are being cut I had to get a second job, I went back to the restaurant I'm now back hosting at Giuseppe's. So we are very busy! We have found a new apartment that we are thinking about moving into soon. It's a three bedroom that is much closer to school for me so we can conserve money and gas. Also it's a lot bigger than the place that we are right now. I think the rooms are about 2ft bigger as well which is nice for Brett and I who are crammed with all of our crap that we don't need(Brett is a pack rat). We are in the process of buying a new car. It will be so nice to have two cars so that we don't have to bum rides off people or be late to where ever we are going. Well that's what is going on in our world!

Well we have a new addition to the house! Her name is Bella!

She is eight weeks old, and a ball of life! We got her on Friday and she is just been on the go all the time! We love her (by we I mean me and that Brett is getting used to her still!)
Well we start school next week and getting ready for it! Wish us luck!

Great Christmas!

Well we have had an eventful week or so! We were in La Pine from saturday to wednesday. We had to watch the TV everyday so that we could tell what was going on at home. We didn't think we were going to make it back in time for Christmas! But we made it just fine, we flew home in about 4 or 5 hours!
Then we had to deal with all the snow here which we have had a horrible time with! (GO AWAY SNOW!!!)
We had so many places to go and only one day to do it! We had a wonderful time with them all tho! We got to spend a lot of time with our wonderful families that we miss so much!

Just an update!

Well we have been working hard for the last couple of weeks so that we could get all of our Christmas shopping done and wrapped! We are leaving on Saturday for La Pine to visit Dave and Carol and just have a pre Christmas thing with them because they are not coming in this year! We are awaiting the arrival of our nephew Landon! We only have about a month or so! Brett was in the Outlook the other day because he was working so hard in the snow to make sure everyone got their pizza while it was hot! Thank god there were no accidents! My work has been pretty slow just getting ready for the big Christmas rush and all! Brett got all A's and B's this term which is good with the load he was taking and being at a new school! I got all B's and one C! I think I am starting to get jealous of his 4.0's and want one myself! Other than that life is busy and we try to make time for each other and our friends/family! We love you all and will see most of you at Christmas(as long as the weather cooperates!)

First Time Blog!

Hello everyone! Well I thought that I would start a blog to keep everyone on what is going on in mine and Brett's life's just for fun. I needed something to do while I'm at work and this seemed like fun!
Well tomorrow is Brett's 21st birthday and we are going out to dinner with some people (mostly my family) and maybe going out for drinks. That all depends on how tired Brett and I are.
As most know we are both going to school full time! It's been a rough couple of weeks, we are so busy with school we really don't have time for much but that and work! Brett is attending Portland State going towards his engineering degree and working at Bellagios as a delivery driver. I'm still at Mount Hood working hard towards my teaching degree and working at the Best Western in Gresham!
We are both doing good ready for the Christmas season! All of our Christmas shopping is done and we are almost done with the wrapping! Well I hope everyone has a GREAT day!
